Last week we began this series discussing different positions within the congregation that we fill, namely in front of (those we most readily see, like pastors, teachers, musicians, worship leaders, etc.), behind (experienced persons who provide support, wisdom or mentoring), or in the middle (where much of the action happens, like positions we fill, programs we work, people we connect with, tasks we complete, and so many others). But why - why add one more thing to an already daunting schedule?
